Ray Duckler of the Concord Monitor did an excellent job of writing an unbiased article about me on May 27 “He’s making his case, day by day” but no follow up. Newspapers do not realize the reach that they have. People across the U.S. are bringing this article up to see just whom Peter Macdonald is? Peter is someone that continuously raises the questions about dominant, power hungry, people holding our State and federal government positions. Peter clearly states crimes committed by NH governor Lynch, Judge Peter Fauver, NH’s VA director and many more, only to have these criminals in trusted government positions commit more crimes to stop Peter. Peter raises the question of the newspapers refusing to print letters to the editor. Yet the news will print articles questioning Peter’s character. The Boston Globe has gone so far as to in writing asked Peter to commit suicide, yet no newspaper will report it. To question the integrity of a brother newspaper would violate that “Blue” wall. It is not (I) Peter that missed the point. We are not here for self gratitude or gain. We must place the welfare of our country first. Peter Volunteers every day to help others. Peter has done this since he was discharged from the Marine Corps in 1974 as a 100% disabled Veteran. Three of Peter’s four disabilities are combat related.
Peter believes in the people of the U.S. so much that NH declared Peter a Terrorist and took Peter’s freedom for six months to stop him. Peter did not stop. Judge Fauver violated the constitution to harm U.S. citizens knowingly. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government power for personal revenge against local residents. Peter (a high school drop out)took the case to the NH supreme court only to have the “wall of justice” refuse to hear a case that questioned whom the court was protecting (the people or their own). Peter when NH government has become a dominant entity, went federal. U.S. Rep from NH Shea-Porter used her elected position to have Peter’s service connected disabilities as a weapon to takes Peter’s freedom again. Then the VA stops Peter’s medical care unless Peter stops writing letters to the editor about crimes by Fauver and others in trusted positions. Peter is running for District 21 NH senate yet the newspapers refuse to tell the voters. I will be honest with you. I do have serious medical conditions from my tour in the Marine Corps. I do think about and want to commit suicide every day for what I did as a U.S. Marine. This civilized society can not accept what we did defending our Constitution.
I am running for State Senate because I can not allow (what over the history of the U.S.) so many gave their lives for be in VAIN. I am talking about the children that make up our military. Ray’s article just touched the surface.
This is what the United States is about. The people (under the greatest of obstruction from the one’s that power exceeded their resistance to dominate) standing up for what our Founding Father’s gave us and we defending it. An excellent job by one newspaper is not going to save the U.S. We the people must put our disabilities and hardships aside and work for the good of New Hampshire and the United States.

I was in Newmarket NH Sunday walking down a street when I saw a man with a cane and an beautiful woman trying to remove two trees that had fallen over their wooden fence leaning against the neighbors electrical lines. The roots of the tall pine were half out of the ground and the other was a tall oak tree that the branch has twisted from the wind and was on top of the power line. I told the couple that my car was a short distance away, that I would go home and get some equipment and be back in a half hour. The big pine tree I hooked onto with a chain and pulled it back up, right off the power lines with my truck and then cut it down. The huge oak branch I wrapped a chain around to pull off the power line but it turned out so rotten it demolished it self when the truck pulled.
This couple had a garage full of tools and equipment that they were going to sell or give away. They told me to take what I wanted. The man had a stroke years ago and the woman was getting ready for retirement. I looked at all the stuff and my mind went wild. It was like a dream come true. When I help someone I do not accept payment. I could see this couple was not struggling but life was not easy for them either. At least I assumed because of the stroke and retirement age. I thanked them and went off on my walk thinking what a great life that I have.
I tell you this story because the NH underground blog cut my letters. It was my fault because I some how posted them more than once. That is ok because “life is great” The NH insider blog refuses to accept my letters as well as the newspapers in NH. I am lucky though because no matter what they do to me I can always volunteer to help someone and feel good. I am a 100% disabled veteran that the NH government and courts declared a terrorist because I stated in court papers to the NH supreme court that Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the law to harm NH residents. The NH SC covered up the crimes. (2003-0477) The VA stopped my medical care to aid the NH government and courts to silent my free speech. The State, local police along with the Strafford county sheriff intimidate and harass my family. I am a no-body which makes me one of the average citizens of the U.S. This is a true story.
Ask why newspapers and blogs do not want to tell the truth? I continue to volunteer because of what I did as a US Marine. I should have died overseas. I should have killed my self years ago when I came back to “the world”. A place that I do not belong. The VA, NH government and Boston Globe ask me to commit suicide, yet the Boston Globe (or any newspaper for that matter) will not print my opinion.
Some day the government will put limits on people helping others with out high authority permission. Hopefully some day Veterans will be recognized and accepted by the nation we gave our lives for. I volunteer to make America better.

How do we handle this? What can be said? I volunteer my time to help people. I do it to make the United States a better place for all. I have violated no laws. Most people tell me to keep it up and continue to write and inform them. This government imposed criminal event all started because I volunteered to help a family in Madbury NH that only knew me from my letter to the editor. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the law to harm this family to protect the Madbury governments acts of personal revenge against this family. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case 2003-0477 because it was presented by a 100% disabled U.S. Marine that dropped out of high school at 17. The facts and truth were clearly stated. The State of NH puts me in jail as a terrorist to cover up Fauver’s crimes. The VA stops my medical to aid the NH government’s crimes. The newspapers out right take the government’s side because I am a no-body. What should I do?
I have medical problems all from serving our country. What I do is for our country. I do not want your sympathy. I want people to start openly talking and ask why the newspapers refuse to publish the truth. Wrongs committed by government can and must be corrected in a non-violent manner. You have taken my health by stopping my VA medical care, my freedom, money, friends and much more and I still refuse to be violent. NH has the State and local police along with the Strafford county sheriff harass my family. I continue to volunteer fight for this Madbury family because it is the right thing to do. The VA and NH government tell me out right to commit suicide. The Boston Globe tells me in writing to commit suicide. I am a 100% disabled Veteran that the news media and government are ordering me to commit suicide.
I know why our military commit suicide in country, or later when they return, because we realize that you can not accept what we have become. Do you know how close I come every day to ending it. Now I am under orders by the very people that we give our lives for as children to kill my self. The government is not trying to prevent Veteran suicide, it is just a mirage so they look good.
There is absolutely nothing that I can do beside fall victim to the criminal actions of our government. The blood dripping off my hands and bayonet that I wiped on the pants of the dead “gook” rages in my head. The shock in this boys eyes imprinted in my brain for eternity as his life less body leaves my hand. I should never have come home to a place where you take my freedom because I dare question the government’s criminal acts to harm this Madbury NH family. We gave our lives to be silenced by our own country because we volunteer to help others.
My Letters are scary but they are the truth. For the news media to tell me to commit suicide then refuse to print my response. I just do not know how to handle it? Live Free or Die

I wish that I could run out of things to write about. I know some of you wish the same thing. The welfare of the United States and the need for “we the people” to stay involved in government dominates over my desire to silently live a life out of the public eye. Do we need to ask is violence the only tactic to stop the newspapers from censoring the facts from the public? We live in a civilized society. Let us talk. Governor Lynch shakes my hand frequently and takes my number and tells me he will call. He never does. NH state senators boost about helping the citizens of NH yet they refuse to allow the government to hear a disabled Veteran’s words. The Governor can waste thousands of dollars storming my house with the NH State Police last week yet talking with a disabled Veterans is to much. NH and the VA took my VA medical as a weapon to stop my letters, put me in jail as a terrorist, harass my family constantly, depleted my money, arrest or detain me constantly, all in an effort to cover up Judge Peter Fauver’s constitutional crimes. Fauver intentionally with intent to harm violated the Constitution against a Madbury NH family for the benefit of the Madbury selectmen’s revenge against this family. Ask is the criminal acts of one judge worth the demise of our Constitution? Is yours and my wish of running out of things to write about worth the cost of the rights of the people?
I understand people will always have trouble conceiving as even possible the events that formed my life. I lived a fairytale life of horrors as a U.S. Marine. I came back 100% disabled to live a good fairytale life as a U.S. citizen volunteering to help others. To come back alive and (let the people back here shame every Veteran over the history of this nation that gave their lives for the defense and protection or our Constitution) allow Fauver’s crimes to go un-checked is saying what so many gave their lives for was in shame. We (the Veterans) killed for you and some day you (if you do not correct the wrongs in government now) will become desperate enough to kill to get your rights back. My flash-backs of killing makes me almost desperate enough to kill only my self. You the people of the U.S. may some day have these flashbacks as a desperate person. In a civilized, non-violent, legal manner I ask the governor of NH and the people of the NH’s house to listen to my words. Talking to me can only benefit the people. Desperate people kill and violate the law, I am not a desperate person. Only you in government and newspapers that violate the law to stop my letters are desperate. Communication is the only way for a civilized society to stop desperate people. I ask Governor Lynch is a 100% disabled veteran not good enough to be in your honors presences? Does any newspaper across the U.S. have enough respect for what Veterans do for you to print the request of a 100% disabled Veteran to speak to the NH Governor?

A New Hampshire Senator tells me that I should forget Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts to intentionally harm other NH residents that the NH Supreme court refuse to hear. He wants me to talk about good times so that the newspapers will print my letters. This is my most cherished memory during a conflict that I came back 100% disabled (two of my three injuries came during separate combat support missions).
I had just completed my first kill in hand to hand combat. The time was around 3am deep in the Bush of Cambodia or Laos. A scared young Marine ran through the Bush back to the village, awoke the drivers and started the convoy early that day. I had gone against orders by allowing 5 trucks to divert from the convoy to visit these drivers families that they had not seen for months. We met the other thirteen trucks in a village about 2 hours later. I carried my M-16 upside down on my shoulder as a friendly jester to the locals as I inspected the waiting trucks. On my way back to the lead truck I came across a little girl crying just off the path. With out a word she held her wooden doll up with a piece of the arm broken off. I looked up at the back of the near by truck and saw a nail sticking out of a pallet. I cut the head off the nail with my bayonet and sharpened the end. I took the broken arm and forced one end of the nail into it. I sat down beside the girl, smiled and she put the doll in my open hand. I pulled the sleeve above the break and forced the broken piece with the nail into the upper arm. I pulled the sleeve down and gave the doll back. The little girl returned my smile as a hand touched my shoulder and the first American words that I had heard in days filled the air. I looked up to see the hand was that of the lead driver saying Thank You in English.
The first words that I remember my first time that I remember setting foot in the U.S. was at the San Francisco Airport after a Hippy spit on me was “Baby Killer”. I very seldom ever spoke of my service to the U.S. after that. A NH senators letter made me realize this girl is why I am helping this Madbury NH family. I volunteer everyday to help others because one little girl smiled in the middle of hell, gave a Marine with no memory of the U.S. hope that some day maybe I could see the world that I was serving. Now that country wants to allow a criminal judge to harm the very Individuals that we the U.S. military veterans gave our lives for.
The NH VA and the Boston Globe have asked me to commit suicide before writing any more letters. I have it in writing. This contradicts the VA policy of saying they are trying to prevent suicide. I will die before I will allow the very meaning that so many U.S. military over the history of this nation gave their lives for to be diminished. If newspapers choose to censor my letters it is their choice that is what it is all about “FREEDOM”. A little girls smile reminds me that what I did was to stop acts like judge Fauver from ever happening in the U.S. I want to die because I do not belong back here in a civilized society. I will not because to tarnish what so many Veteran’s gave this nation U.S. with out giving every once of effort to correct the wrong of government is treason. The State of NH refuses to allow me to speak to the NH senate or house and the NH governor ignores the request of a 100% disabled Veteran, yet a NH senator can ask me to stop helping a NH resident because of a unfavorable NH Supreme Court act.

The VA inspector general at 275 chestnut St Manchester NH tells me that suicide would be a good way to stop my letters to the editor. Now in writing a Boston Globe reporter encourages suicide. I doubt that the Globe or any other newspapers will print this response. You see the truth no longer matters. Reporters no longer report the news only what will sell the papers true or not. Ethics no longer is a moral or professional factor to live by. A globe reporter puts it in writing.
I publicly state Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that violates the law and constitution to intentionally harm U.S. residents. Fauver has legal recourse if he does not like the truth. The facts are in the NH supreme court records. To take legal recourse against me would be to inform the public of the truth, something the news and government have been covering up. The NHSC refused to hear the case because it questioned the integrity of the NH legal system. When intimidation by the STATE, LOCAL AND COUNTY police did not work, I was lost my freedom for six months. The VA stopped my VA medical for injuries received during combat support missions as a weapon to stop me.
The news and government officials report that I am paranoid and a mental case. I am 100% disabled. I was injured three separate times during my tour in the U.S. Marine Corps. I have been helping this Madbury NH family since 1999. I have violated no laws in that time. To stop me Judges, government officials and the Veterans Administration have violated the Laws many times over. Now the Boston Globe along with the Veterans Administration at 275 chestnut ST Manchester promotes that a Veteran commit suicide yet newspapers and government officials spear head a campaign to reduce Veterans suicide.
You the American people just do not get it. I live with what I have done for your freedom every day. I see the face of my first kill as he dropped to the ground life less. The hard part is that I feel no guilt or shame. My only regret is that the people I did it for inform me since I returned and was spit on at the SF airport in 1974 that I am a baby killer. I knew from that day forward that I did not belong back here in the “world” U.S. I have volunteered every day helping others since then as a way to try to do the right thing. Maybe it is not you the American people maybe this Marine should have died and never came back.
The Ethical and Responsible act is for the Globe and every newspaper in the U.S. to print this response to what the VA and Globe are promoting that this disabled U.S. Marine to commit SUICIDE in direct conflict with what the news and government is telling the public. We came back to a “World” that we do not belong this is why suicide is a correct action. This letter is my opinion and response

Violence in the U.S. is the only way to have elected officials hear what the people are saying. NH and VA officials violate the law to harm a 100% disabled Veteran. Judge Peter Fauver violates the Constitution 29 or more times to harm a Madbury NH family to cover up the Madbury selectmen’s crimes. The VA stops my medical care for injuries received during my tour in the Marine Corps. Two of my three disabilities are combat related. The State, county and local police harass my family at work and home. The NH Congresswoman files false police reports to stop my letters to the editor. The newspapers censor the truth. The NH blogs block my letters because they are not community sensitive. Discrimination by the Supreme Court and every legal, medical government checks and balance is instituted to stop me. I have not and will not be violent.
The news today is mostly about the 5 year war in Iraq. The NH congress woman whom harmed this veteran is over their for political gain. You talk and make a big hoopla in the newspapers about veterans today but fail to recognize what is happening. I wrote a letter yesterday about U.S. military Veterans. The opinion of a Veteran is no longer eligible for print. Why are we fighting on foreign soil? It does not make sense. We knowingly kill over 4 thousand of our children and disabled many more so a president that refused to fight has a legacy. Many of these children that are lucky enough to come home a veteran will be treated as trash by you the very people that bogusly boost about these children today.
You are right! there are many things wrong with me. I got every disability from my time in service to you. I live every day in pain and mental echoes of war fighting to get out of my head. I live by your rules trying to fit in a place “The World” U.S. that I do not belong. You allow the VA, NH government and courts to violate the law and my opinion letters are censored. These children fighting in Iraq today are the veterans of yesterday that came home to be put in the trash until a NH congresswoman needed some political leverage. These children commit suicide because of what they do and see. I talk about suicide and you have no idea how close it is. I am not looking for your pity or do I want any thing from you. This is your country too. We can make it better for all or allow the few greedy, power hungry to administer what rights they believe some one deserves at their leisure. Think! this disabled veteran puts this in writing and sends it to judges, elected officials, news and many more only to be censored. I will not be violent no matter how much these trusted government officials and judges harm me or my character. I give my life for my country as your children did over the past 5 years in Iraq. Dead or alive we the Veteran’s give something that is no longer realized by the people of the U.S.

For those few that ask me to stop writing my letters every day. You say that I keep repeating information. You say that my letters harm people with good reputations. My letters are posted on goggles and many blogs. My letters are the most read every place that they are printed. My letters document how Judge Peter Fauver violated the law intentionally to harm a Madbury family. Judge Fauver is a criminal that by the articles of our NH constitution must be removed. The majority of the people reading my letters do not say anything but the facts are being spread. Ask your self why the news papers have not printed my letters. The newspaper’s complain about dwindling readers and profits yet they still refuse to print the unedited letters to the editor of a 100% disabled U.S. Marine. The newspapers can not claim liability questions because they are printed all over.
Fauver intentionally used the power of the court to protect the criminal acts of the Madbury selectmen. These trusted elected officials used government powers for revenge against a Madbury family that one of the selectmen did not like. Is this what NH has become a place where citizens have to be aware of government dominance. The NH Supreme court refused to hear the case. We can not trust the courts, elected officials, or news. Where does the no body citizen go?
The newspapers print favorable letters about Shea-Porter U.S. congresswoman from NH but refuse to print mine. NH has put me in jail as a terrorist to stop me. The State and local police along with the Sheriff harass my family at work and home. Shea-Porter criminally violates the law to harm me and the law refuses to allow me to file a complaint. She uses her political powers to have my U.S. military disabilities used to take my freedom. The NH VA inspector general stops my VA medical to stay on the good side of Shea-Porter. The newspapers refuse to print my letters exposing Carol for her criminal acts. All ethic panels refuse to help. I volunteer my time to help this family and NH and the VA use my health care to stop me.
For those few, my heart goes out to you. You can ask me to stop writing my letters but Judge Peter Fauver violated the constitution many times over to harm this Madbury family and (as a volunteer) it is our obligation to stop him. Violence is not the answer in a civilized society. This is why the opinion letters of all citizens should be printed unedited. For the NH government and VA to harm a disabled veteran to stop his volunteer helping others is a crime that can not be tolerated even by those few.
Print the opinion of the people. The U.S. military give their lives to keep you safe yet you refuse to print our letters in your newspapers.

Why do we have laws? 3-22-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
We have to realize that I put it in writing and send it out every day that criminal violations of the law by government officials, judges and government agencies to harm a disabled service connected Veteran is happening. The news prints only the words of the government in an effort to discredit my character in the public eye. The American’s with Disabilities Act is to stop disabled citizens from being neglected and harmed because of their disabilities. Discrimination is against the law yet these same trusted officials use discrimination to inflict pain and suffering on my family and I by using my health as a weapon. Our country is harming a disabled veteran for a few people’s self gain
My three life changing disabilities came from serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. The news keeps the public from learning that U.S. congresswoman from NH Shea-Porter used her elected position to interfere with my disabilities as leverage to stop my letter to the editor. I have it in her words in writing and the news refuses to print the truth. Shea-Porter filed a false police report to get me arrested yet nothing has been done to her. The news refuses to inform the public. The VA stopped my VA medical for 6 months as leverage to stop my letters. It has been restored but on a limited bases and substandard care. These are criminal acts in defiance of our Constitution. Two of my three disabilities are combat support injuries. Should any citizens health be used as a weapon for the government to stop the citizen’s free speech.
Where do I go? The governor and Judge Fauver use the State police and sheriff’s dept. to harass my family at work and home. The VA uses the suicide hot line to call and harass my family at home, even after I told them to stop. The local police do safety checks on the VA’s orders many times a week as harassment. I struggle every day to live what appears to be a normal life by setting my pain and disabilities aside and volunteering to help others in need. When I was “in country” my wish was not to die. Is that the answer to protect our nation?
I do not care the harm that has been inflicted on me because the United States of America is worth it. I as a U.S. Marine fight to protect and defend our Constitution. If our nation is to survive we the people must realize that the government is here to serve the people. When a 100% disabled Veteran writes a letter to the editor setting in plain writing criminal acts to harm the veteran and the news refuse to print the opinion of the veteran something is seriously wrong. I hope some day for the welfare of the United States of America you the citizen of the U.S. and the news realize what happened here.

The VA Suicide hot line calls me at least once a day. Is this harassment? U.S. Congress woman Shea-Porter used her government powers to have a VA Dr. attempt to put me in the nut house to stop my letter to the editor. The Director of Veteran’s medical care for NH Veterans stops my VA medical care for disabilities that I received during Combat support missions. The newspapers censor the public from the truth for the demented belief that protecting the powerful is the more profitable avenue. I as a U.S. Marine 100% disabled have no where to go but hell. Suicide crosses every returning U.S. military Veterans mind to justify what we did and accept what we came home too.
The Sheriff’s Dept now harasses me to drive the point home that the power of a NH judge can not be questioned. Is not a judge subject to the opinion of a U.S. citizen for his job performance? Is not when a judge violates the constitution intentionally to harm natural born U.S. citizens constitute a crime? Does this not in the public’s opinion make this judge a criminal? The NH governor used the State Police to harass my family at home and work. Now A judge uses the Sheriff’s Dept. to harass me. I delivered one letter that I mentioned this Judges name, to the judge. The Deputy calls this harassment. I did it as a respectful jester to let the judge know what the people’s opinion of his criminal acts are. The NH government calls what they are doing to me justifiable, not harassment..
I have every phone call, asked and told the VA suicide hot line person not to call me. I volunteer to help others. I have volunteered my time since I came back to the “World” in 74. I volunteer in hospitals, school, for the state, for the courts, county, local community and just helping strangers on the street. I have violated no laws. The State of NH can not stop me by taking my freedom, harassing my family, stopping my volunteering at schools and other public places so now the game is to make me commit suicide. The Public must be informed of the criminal acts committed by the people we trust in government. Ask your self why has my letter to the editor been censored. Why have my letters been censored from the NH Governor’s eyes?
I have thought of suicide every day since I returned. What I did as a U.S. Marine to keep the U.S. free and safe just does not make since when you treat Veterans as second class citizens. You kill me and call it justifiable.

I shook hands and talked with NH governor Lynch at the UNH woman’s hockey game 2-16-08. John knew whom I was but said he has never received one of my letters. I told him that I write every day to him. I told John that I paid two hundred dollars to speak with him by being high bidder at the Portsmouth little league auction on am1270 WTSN radio auction. John had no idea that NH took my money then shafted me. The money was returned eventually but that is not the point. John took my phone number at the game and said that he would call me.
The situation is clear just censored from the public. The state police harass my family at work and home. U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter used my service connected injuries to attempt to stop my letters. She, through the director of the NH Veteran’s medical care stopped my VA medical care completely for 6 months. My medical care has been restored but limited, unprofessional, unethical care is now provided. A NH judge had the sheriff’s office arrest me (oh Sorry) detain me on 2-15-08. They called my house and said I can come in on my own or they will send a car. I went in on my own. I guess about a three hour interrogation with the deputy getting quite augury at times before the chastising was over. Is it not the guaranteed Constitutional right of every individual to write opinion letters about wrongs in government even if a judge is the person committing the wrongs. Have the police and the Sheriff’s dept become the “gusto” enforcers of the ruling judges and government regime.
I hope John gets this letter. For a Governor to be censored from the people’s words is wrong. This is why the news media publicly informing the unbiased truth should and must become the norm again. Governor I can take what they are doing to me but this Madbury Family as all other individual’s should not be harmed by out of control judges and a gusto police force.

Frustration, anger or the thought life is over: does any one care? The shootings are increasing because we as a society no longer care. Every one gets angry and frustrated when the persons killed are from their own family or friends. These same angry, frustrated people had no concern when it was the other person that the police, courts or government were ignoring or provoking. The news media no longer tells the unbiased truth. The head lines crucify the defendant as not to anger those with power by revealing the true cause. People are so concerned with self preservation and money that the other persons does not matter. Veterans, homeless or not are cast aside by society as not to increase a budget of already wasteful spending. Veterans become frustrated, and angry.
Suicide is a very close option for Veterans because even as we become less, our goal is to make life better back here. The angry shootings may not be that. They could be a subconscious belief this is the medicine the U.S. needs to wake them up. You send us off to war as children. We survive in subhuman conditions and do things that our conscious tells us is wrong. Months or years later we return to the “world” only to feel alienated or guilty. The police, courts, government and society harass us and cast us aside. Our family and friends believe that we are a burden because of the inconsistent or wrongs that now alienate us. We change jobs or become homeless because we are now a leech on societies perfect life. The inhuman life that we once lived now is the norm. We admire how the children we grew up with are what (while we killed) dreamed of coming home to become. The line “what are we fighting for, next stop is Vietnam” became famous because of a song but I bet every Veteran asked that question while there. If you cared about Veterans you would not let so many returning die in shame, by suicide.
I remind you what the State of New Hampshire is doing to a 100% service connected disabled U.S. Marine and no one cares. Suicide would end the constant thoughts of what I did. I feel no guilt or shame for my actions just that realizing what the U.S. does to returning Veterans makes us giving everything for you worthless. I can not be violent or stop because I can not shame what so many Veterans over the history of the United States of America gave for our Freedom. Is it a crime to stop a disabled Veterans medical to frustrate and anger to provoke suicide? Why has the news media allowed these Veterans to be persecuted?

The people have a right to know what is happening. I can not express the need for the public to be made aware of the people’s opinion. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal making life and death decisions on other people’s lives every day. These are strong words, if not true, would be libelous. I have written many letters openly and to the public with the facts only to have my words censored. The NH government has inflicted my family to cruel and unacceptable treatment to silence my free speech. We have checks and balances built into our system of government to prevent totalitarianism. Freedom of press was recognized as a measure to prevent these criminal government actions. What do the people do when our elected leaders no longer serve all the people equally? Does not the Constitution give us the right to “take up arms and abolish” (to me this means) kill when all means of redress fails. The ethical code of the news media is no longer the unbiased truth. Have all means of Redress failed?
The news has labeled me a nut. The public because of the news distrusts me. I have not wavered in my actions to bring the truth forward. I receive letters and phone calls ever day. Some are nice but others clearly are a discredit to the civilized world. I will not be violent toward any one. Even though I have the legal right. Violence only breeds more violence. The government has now gone so far to stop my medical care for injuries defending this great nation. Is this not a criminal act to kill me? Yet the system has so much influence over the media censorship exists. The courts took my freedom on bogus charges, which were dropped after six months. Where they expecting suicide.
Discrimination from the VFW, American Legion and every government agency and elected official exists in this case. I am told that I am fighting a battle that can not be won. The news media has knowingly allowed torture to be inflicted on a 100% service connected disabled U.S. Marine with out informing the public. My VA medical was restored as a means to limit public exposure of government crimes. I now receive limited unacceptable, unethical medical care from a system that is secretly protecting criminal actions of a few members. I have three disabling separate injuries but I for some reason was allowed to come back alive. I can not stop helping every one of you even if you are so blind or scared to do anything your self. I do what I do because not to would be saying what so many Veteran’s have given their lives for over the history of the United States of America was in shame. The People have a right to know Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal. Has the news media become so unethical Biased news is the norm?

When is enough-enough? Do we start killing? Do we have a law that gives us the right to “Take up arms and abolish when all means of redress fail”? Do we abolish those individuals that violated the Constitution to harm intentionally legal born U.S. citizens? In a civilized society is talking not the proper form to solve disagreements? What do you do when the power full judges and elected officials refuse to talk? What do you do when a U.S. congress woman from NH uses the medical condition of a 100% disabled veteran to control free speech by stopping this veterans medical care? The State of New Hampshire uses discrimination to stop government agencies like VFW, American Legion, disability rights center and all others from helping this 100% disabled Veteran
NH has taken my freedom, with false charges to place me in jail. The NH state police harass my family at work and home. The local Lee and Dover NH police refuse to allow me to file a complaint against elected officials. The NH Veteran’s hospital uses now limited and substandard medical care for control. The pain in my head has gotten to the point of intolerable. The flash-backs to a time best forgotten have almost taken over my life. I refuse to allow NH Judges and officials to stop my volunteer helping a Madbury NH family expose government wrongs.
NH governor Lynch charged me money to talk with him. He took my money and refused to meet. When is enough-enough? NH believes protecting the criminal activity of Judge Peter Fauver is more important than the constitutional rights guaranteed the individual. Helping this family and the harm NH has inflicted on my family does have it’s good side. This case has made me aware just how bad returning U.S. military Veterans are treated in the U.S. We fight to protect your freedom. We come home to be treated with discussing neglect because we no longer belong.
The ethical code of the news media now has a special exception that allows biased or not reporting of harm committed against Veterans. When is enough-enough? Suicide justifies the medical need for us to understand the conflict of (what we did was right), (what we did was wrong). Did we not kill on foreign soil to stop criminal government actions against other human beings? We give our lives for the country that we love. The United States of America.

New Hampshire Congress Woman Shea-Porter receives such glowing articles and letters in the newspapers, it is insulting. Don’t get me wrong, I like Carol. I voted for her. I believe the truth must be told. Carol makes mistakes but refuses to correct those mistakes no matter whom it hurts. For some reason the news only prints letters that benefit her. I do realize every one believes that I have been helping this Madbury NH family for to long. I have over and over stated crimes committed by influential people. The thing is to stop me, these influential people commit more crimes to cover the first crimes up. It is the obligation of the individual to correct the wrongs of government.
Carol is a big fan of Veterans. She believes that she is almost one because her husband served 20 years in the military. This is what she tells people. I do admit she does take a strong stand helping large groups of Veterans. You can read all the great things that she does in every newspaper across the U.S. The people’s opinion must be printed to expose mistakes made by these elected officials. Does the public have the right to know the truth? Carol filed a false police report to get a 100% disabled Veteran arrested to stop that veteran from publishing a letter to the editor about her. Carol used her influence to have a NH VA Dr Biswas file commitment orders to put a 100% disabled Veteran in the nut house to stop this Veteran’s letter to the editor from being published. The Director of the NH VA hospital medical care Mark Levenston stopped a 100% disabled Veteran’s medical care to aid Carol in her crimes to stop this Veteran’s Letter to the editor from being published. The cover up is so deep discrimination is rampart in the NH government, courts and news media. The News media has done such a biased job of harming my character in the public eye the public is afraid to help me. Where does a Veteran go when his own country kills him.
My opinion of Carol has not changed. I still like Carol. I will vote for her again, unless a more honest person runs against her. Our own government has inflicted pain and suffering on my family and no one wants to talk about it to correct the wrongs. What I am doing is to show RESPECT to every Veteran that in the History of the United States gave their lives for Our FREEDOM. Congress woman Carol Shea-Porter needs to receive these words.

I have a Dover NH police file on U.S. NH congress woman Shea-Porter having me arrested 7002-942. I have a VA medial record at the Manchester NH VA hospital that I will give the public the right to read. The NH Director of medical care for NH Veterans Mark Levenston stopped my medical care for political self gain. My records are open to any one. I have nothing to hide. I like Shea-Porter I voted for her. I believe she is a caring person. Her view of the Iraq war is my view. I believe President Bush put us in this war for his political legacy. Carol and I differ because I believe she must take care for the people of the state of NH and the U.S. first. I will next week place for the record the letter to the editor she had me arrested even though it did not get printed. It does not matter what the letter said. The people’s opinion is by law free speech. Carol when having me arrested this did not meet her needs, she had NH VA doctor Biswas file commitment orders to put me in the nut house to stop my letter. The Dover Wentworth Douglas hospital has a file which I give my permission for any one to read. After a long night at thousands of dollars in cost the order was determined to be with out merit. The VA is telling me that I must pay for this. The VA director saw a chance to make points for political reasons so he stopped my medical care to please a congress woman. I am 100% disabled from injuries received defending this great nation. It is against the law to use a Veteran’s medical care to silence free speech. It does not matter what the letter to the editor said. To harm a persons health (anyone) is a crime.
If a elected official does not like the publics free speech about them do they have the right to destroy your health in their efforts to control how you think and speak. The newspapers refused to print my opinion any way. Shea-Porters letter never made the papers. Censorship is rampart. The ethical standards of the news media is censor or alter the opinion of the people to the editors view. Some news reporters say that they want to help me, but my proof is not available. The proof is kicking you in the face. NH takes a 100% disabled veteran’s freedom for 6 months before dropping the bogus charges. The news writes articles questioning this disabled Veteran’s character in the public eye. The NH state police harass my family at work and home and the news does not care. The police refuse to allow me to file a complaint. The news does not care. The NH governor sells me time to tell him my complaint, he take my money and rejects the visit.
I have volunteered every day helping people that I do not even know since I came back in 1974. I have violated no laws. My life changed when I lost my health defending this great nation. What is happening here is wrong. (against the law) When what NH and the U.S. does to Veterans happens to some one you love then it is to late because your boat will be sinking as mine is now. Veterans give their lives for your freedom. You speak highly of veterans until they ask you for help. The proof exists read it.

It would be easy for me to claim that my disabilities were the cause of my problems. I do have a TBI Traumatic Brain Injury. I remember nothing before my 17 birthday. I have problems reading and writing. I slip in and out of reality at any moment with out warning. Some things I remember, others I forget with in seconds. I have a broken back which limits my ability to do things. I have a loss of hearing in both ears from being blown of the runway more than once. The percentage of each disability when added together is 120%. I received two of the three injuries during separate combat support missions during the Vietnam Conflict. I am a U.S. Marine.
Paul Newell wrote a note describing our responsibilities to our country. Paul is a Canadian citizen. I appreciate Paul’s letter and I wish many more people would write and tell the news media, publishers and editors that I stand for a cause, a very important cause that is and will devastate every United States citizen if not corrected. Freedom of speech and the manner in which the U.S. treats returning Veterans is appalling. What I write is the truth and I have lived through what I talk about.
When a citizen speaks out, should a U.S. Congress woman from NH have the right to use her political connections to put me in a nut house. Should the VA be allowed to use my medical care as leverage to stop my free speech. These are criminal acts committed by government officials that we the people trust. It should not matter if I wrote a letter to the editor that said disparaging remarks about someone. I did not write such a letter. My letters tell the truth and the letters that I write the news refuses to print. Censorship by the news media has allowed these government officials and judges to violated our most power full laws the Constitution. I have not violated one law but to stop me the government has used the trusted power of government in a manner to use my military inflicted disabilities to cause pain and suffering on me. I have stood through all the crap because I am a U.S. Marine. If when in battle things did not look good one does not retreat. You attack and fight to keep the United States of America free and safe until death. Shea-Porter and Mark Levenston by using my military medical condition to harm me by stopping my medical care constitudes a crime of the gravest magnitude. The government is covering these crimes up.
I write letters every day. My letters may not be the best. My letters may some times leave people confused. I do not have the abilities that others have. You all use excuses to avoid speaking up. When citizens, editors, publishes and others are intimidated by government officials this just reinforces my words. You are afraid.
I am a 100% disabled U.S. Marine and every U.S. citizen should be outraged by what my words expose. U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter and VA Director of NH Veterans medical care openly and with intent to harm took medical care away from a U.S. citizen. They knowingly harm a 100% disabled U.S. Marine for their own self gain and you the United States of America think so little of those that gave their lives for you that you allow returning Veterans to go homeless on the street. Google my name and address and read my letters. Learn the condition NH and the U.S. place the children that gave every thing for you, in. Then, I ask you to do as Paul Newell did. Write

Valentines day massacre
Valentines day massacre 2-07-08 Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217 NH.red.sox@gmail.com
On Valentines Day the Press is going to have a field day taking pictures of prominent elected officials shaking the hands of disabled Veterans. These officials will boost about how much they do for the Veterans. Of course it is an election year. I am not hate full although the press and Government officials tell you that I am. I have volunteered every day since I returned in 74 from my 31 month overseas tour helping others. Most of the time I do not even know the people that I volunteer help. I write honest, truth full letters about NH, the elected officials, VA and Veterans needs. These people that I write about do not like what I say so I am labeled by the media to make the public hate me. The news media censors the truth to protect these officials.
NH VA director of Veteran’s medical care stopped my VA medical for political self gain. Did the news report this? Did the news print the opinion letters that I wrote about this. “no” U.S. Military Veterans across the United States are being ignored or left to die alone on the street because the U.S. citizens are to busy to care. On Valentines Day the news media is going to publicly give the world the belief that you actually care. You talk about how these young men and women give yet as soon as the cameras go so does the caring.
I am rated 120% disabled because I was injured three separate times. Twice in combat support missions. When you add the percentage that each injury takes from me, I have 120% less in life than the average person. I relive my fist kill every single day. The entire United States knows about this cruel and damaging treatment by the NH Government to silence my free speech but no one cares. This is not about me. This is about the Veterans returning today and the veterans of past wars and conflicts you the U.S. citizens discharge as trash. These are the kids that once played in school that had promising futures as you that never served. 25% of the homeless are Veterans unable to cope in a society where to them reality just does not exist. The Veterans that you work beside that relives the tragedy of the inhuman conditions of war silently. The Veterans that can no longer relate to others or keep a job.
Discrimination by the American Legion, VFW, NH courts, VA, NH Gov. and others is illustrated by my case but it happens to veterans across the U.S. NH takes a 120% disabled Veteran and labels him a Terrorist, VA medial is stopped, harms his family, depletes his savings and much more but the U.S. does not care. “What are we fighting for, next stop is Vietnam” To a Veteran the only thing better than suicide is if we had never come home alive. You the United States of America claims to want to understand why suicide is a Veterans best care but you treat us like trash. I wish the press would start telling the truth. On Valentines Day make those handshakes more than an artificial token jester or create a Valentines Day massacre where Veterans can die with honor.

“What Are We Fighting For, Next Stop Is Vietnam”. Navy Seals Nate Hardy from Durham NH and M. Koch from Pa were killed by small arms fire in Iraq yesterday. Talk in the local restaurant this morning was how sad the families must feel. Many families across the U.S. have or will be feeling this same way as long as innocent kids fight on the no experience politicians egos(orders). Don’t get me wrong I am not against the war. War is necessary to protect the rights of the individual. If someone attacks the U.S. or it’s citizens, we should wipe out that entire country. No mercy. On the other hand if our elected officials wage war on another country to create a legacy for themselves we should abolish that President. Why should innocent American kids die, why not people from another country that was unwilling to fight for themselves. There are no innocent people in a war zone that attached us.
These Veterans that are lucky enough to come back, will be discharged into a nation that has no idea or even cares about the medical or physical condition of these hero’s. These Veterans will be so happy to be back in the “world” U.S. they will not realize the demons growing in their heads. These Veterans will go back to their families only to find nothing is the same. Separating the mind controlling lessons drilled into you at boot camp, then demonstrated in service that you committed with out mercy from the cruel but lawful society of the U.S. is easy at first. Family and friends happy to see you home tolerate and rationalize the happenings you create. They laugh when you duck at loud noises. They get mad when you do something harsh or speak at people with out feelings. Society feels sorry for the Veterans that come home with no arms, legs or other (visual or not) disabilities but fails to give medial aid. Aid will cost to much or the politicians don’t care because the election is to far away for self benefit. Were these the lucky Veterans that died?
Suicide while in service or after discharge is one solution. I have thought of it many times and come close some of the times. I am told that I have no feelings but the feelings I have goes out to these families. We fought to protect and defend our Constitution for equal treatment of the law for all. Now we lose our families, jobs, friends and become homeless to keep you safe from the demons maturing in our heads. These Navy Seals as all that gave their lives for the people of the United States of America have my gratitude and I thank them all. We are fighting for our country and it’s citizens.

Help will never come for Veterans 2-03-08

I live in two worlds. The one life that I learned in the effort to survive back here in the “world” U.S. The other is the rent less belief’s and acts from my memories serving this nation that continuously spin in my head. My ability to camouflage to protect society from ever learning what a dangerous person that I am. Am I dangerous or is that a title bestowed on me by society to limit my ability to do what I have learned is the obligation of every U.S. citizen. I was a teenager, high school drop out, young adult, it does not matter because only 11% of the U.S. citizens will serve in the Military. I went off to a conflict or war only to loose my innocents and my right to return to a society that does not want to understand. I am any U.S. military Veteran but this particular one is a United States Marine.
I have no memory of my life prior to Marine Corps Boot camp. I have a Traumatic Brain Injury. The pain in my head and body is a relentless reminder that I need to be punished for what my life has done to civilized society, for your freedom. I sit here today trying to believe that I could have been a better person if I did not leave high school at 17 to join the Marine Corps. For years it was drilled in to my head to kill with out mercy. To deflect caring or emotions to complete the mission. Lives were expendable as long as the mission was successful. Then one day I returned to the World (U.S.) and the MC dropped me into society with no support.
Years after discharge only because I mailed a copy of my medical records home did the Veterans Administration label me a 100% disabled Veteran. I have three separate injuries, two from separate combat support missions. Substandard medical care has allowed me to drift through the years. I can not be sorry for my life because the VA has provided me with money to live on. I have had a great life compared to what the VA has done to other Veterans.
I sit here today alone crying. Yes a U.S. Marine with tears in his eyes. I have no reason to be this way. It has continuously happen in the recent months. I ask my self is the people that call themselves my mother, father, brothers and sister really related to me. Did I really grow up in New Hampshire. Am I a test case to see if the military can develop people with no memory to think to their standards. I have to wonder if I will even remember what I do today. I write this letter because writing helps me tolerate being in a world that I do not belong. I remember some events and others I forget.
My VA medical was stopped because NH elected officials wanted to control my free speech. What the hell are we fighting for? These are the words I remember from my days over there. Don’t feel sorry for me. It is not necessary. I never quite under stood what reality is or if reality even exists. I live in two worlds. I am one of the lucky ones. I came back alive. Is it to late? Which world is real?

U.S. Veteran’s letter 2-03-08
U.S. Veteran’s letter 2-03-08
Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
A Veteran’s Letter to the editor should never be censored or edit. A Veteran’s letter by law should take precedence in the newspapers. All Veterans letters should (no matter how questionable) by law must be printed. To protect the news media a disclaimer can be place before or after the letter or a law placing responsibility of the truth being on the letter writer. Letters are the opinion of the people. Veterans are the children that give their youth and lives for the U.S. Constitution. Veterans lose that innocent feeling that allows the others (U.S. citizens)to believe and seek harmony. Veterans gain that unrelenting flash-back of memory of the inhuman way that we lived and acted. Every Veteran that has been there see every day (of their remaining lives) that reminder. To censor or edit the opinion of a Veteran demonstrates the artificial respect that the U.S. believes Veteran’s deserve.
A Veteran returning to the “World” U.S. takes off the uniform and blends into society. A returning Veteran for years (if not for ever) will be silent of the atrocities that the Veteran was committed to engage in. Society (protesters state side) dictates that our actions are wrong but the Politicians that have never been there command us to do. Naïve children (just starting life) commit the unspeakable to defend and protect U.S. citizen’s freedom and the veterans come home to be labeled baby killers and criminals. Suicide becomes our only option to protect you (U.S. citizens) from learning the crimes of humanity that we engage in. Many returning Veterans become homeless, have failed relationships or worse and are locked up in jail to protect society from these children that gave everything. Are the Veterans returning to the world to be stereotyped the Veteran Bums? (useless leaches on the political budget) The U.S. politicians have placed limits on care for returning Veterans because pet projects pleases the element of society (voters) better. Veterans no longer serve any use full productive purpose to society.
To limit the words of a Veteran, to censor the opinion of a Veteran, to question the motive or actions of a Veteran is the most unethical, criminal, insulting act the U.S. can bestow on the memory of the children that gave everything for you. I love the United States of America and I believe in a civilized society peace full protest will some day allow this Veterans words and opinion to be heard.

TBI Veteran 2-02-02
TBI Veteran 2-02-02
Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
A sad story of a child leaving high school in 1970 at 17 to become a U.S. Marine and go off to a conflict. A four year tour with 31 months overseas, 8 convoys as American Advisor delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia and three disabling injuries, two were received during separate combat support missions. This now 100% disabled Veteran returns to New Hampshire with total amnesia from a traumatic brain injury received during his tour. How does one understand family, friends, and a life where commands and orders do not guide your life? Is it possible to live where killing is the norm, then be dropped into a civilized society and survive? I so much wanted to see what other Marines would describe as “Back in the World” that I slide into drugs, alcohol and college. Finely one day I started volunteering helping others to relieve my guilt of coming back alive. Volunteering made me realize that maybe helping others would eventually stop the need for war. Volunteering at the least allowed me to say thank you to those that never came home.
I learned to believe so much in the American system of government that getting involved became a passion. I volunteered on zoning board, and many others. I ran for elected local and state office. I volunteered in the court system, police projects, schools, hospitals and many more learning and reassuring my self I will some day be like others. Helping even strangers on the street, or in the communities with domestic problems, housing or other difficulties in every day life is an every day event for me.
I was raised in Alton NH but to this day I do not remember any part of life there. I do not look disabled which places doubt in others minds. I have accepted the fact that I must struggle every day to attempt to understand situations around me. I realize that from the day that I set foot back in the “world” that I was different from others because I had no emotions toward others. Not in the fact that I could not feel love and affection but that I could kill or accept other’s pain with out it interfering with my ability to complete my mission. I under stood that I did not belong in a civilized society. I moved out of Alton because people knew me and I had no idea whom they were. People in Alton could not accept this once wild child now had a broken back and lose of hearing which I hide for fear of being rejected.
I learned while in the Marine Corps that I was giving my life for the Constitution of the United Sates and equal treatment of the law to all. A Madbury NH family called my house in Lee NH to ask for help in 1999. They had a zoning issue and had read my letters to the editor in the newspapers. This family was so desperate because the local selectmen were using their lively hood “Family business” as a means to seek revenge against this family. This fact turned out to be true. In helping them, Judge Peter Fauver committed 29 or more Constitutional crimes to inflict pain and suffering on this family. I to this day have not stopped helping this family. The newspapers censor the facts in direct violation or our Constitution. The courts and government have inflicted so much pain and suffering on my family, people wonder why I do not stop helping people that were strangers to me. I learned to allow the courts and government to inflict pain and suffering on any one individual can not be tolerated. It does not matter that the people of the United States of America have been deceived by false facts printed in the news to harm my character in the public eye. I learned in the Marine Corps that we the people must correct the wrongs of government as a means to keep our nation strong.
The director of the NH VA medical care Mark Levenston stopped my VA medical in an effort to aid the NH government officials and judges to stop my free speech. My biggest conflict to understanding life back here in the world is accepting the atrocious acts that I committed as a U.S. Marine. It is not the fact that I did, what I did. It is that I do not feel guilty for killing a child while in the “Bush” to retrieve my weapon and escape. I have no memory of any good while I served. I remember the hot lonely nights waiting hour after hour for mission to begin. I remember riding on convoy where no one else spoke American and I knew that tomorrow would not be here. I remember hoping to live long enough to see what “Back in the World” was like.
I have so far lived a great life. NH has taken my freedom, and much more to prevent me from exposing wrongs in government that need to be corrected. The news media censors a 100% disabled U.S. Marines words to aid the criminal actions of a few trusted government officials and judges. I can not under stand how the news or any other United States citizen can allow medical care to be used to shut up a 100% disabled Veteran. The news highlights the politicians claims during election time to the need to place more help to the returning Veterans. I know to this day there are WWII veterans alive that are still asking for help with their service connected disabilities. These are the children that went off to fight for our Constitution. Mark Levenston, Judge Fauver NH governor Lynch and many others committed crimes against the peace and dignity of the United States. The NH Government, courts and news media with the help of the VA have knowingly harmed a disabled Veteran for self gain. Worse is that our courts, government and news media do this to many returning Veterans. Now do you under stand why this is a Sad Story. Go to ww.veteranstoday.com and read this and many more sad stories.
